Marketing Manager & Deputy CEO (50%)

Head of Business Area Communications (50%)
We are looking for you to take on the role of Business Area Manager (AC) for Communication. In the role of AC, you will work to push through more communication projects in collaboration with our clients. Our consultants have solid knowledge in strategy, graphic design and brand communication, where your task as AC is to create as motivating and goal-driven work as possible throughout the project.

Consultant is the most common role at Lunicore. As a consultant, you work to carry out various projects for companies. Role descriptions
We have a diverse team of employees working on a variety of projects in different business areas. In addition to consultants, we also have business area managers, and a management team consisting of the CEO, Deputy CEO, HR Manager and Sales Manager. Do you have questions about the roles? CONSULTANT (25%)
Consultant is Lunicore's most common service and the core of the business. As a consultant, you usually work 10 hours per week in one of the areas IT & Analytics, Communication or Management. You can also have a more niche area as some projects require a more limited expertise. You will work on one (or more) projects at a time, based on your preferences, study pace and project availability.
Business Area Manager (50%)
The business area manager works closely with both our consultancy projects and customers. The work includes acting as a pillar for the consulting team and driving the projects from idea to final delivery. Sales and relationship building is also a big part as you are continuously in contact with organizations and nurture customer relationships within your business area.
HEAD OF HR (50%)
The HR Manager takes care of our current employees and is responsible for recruiting new ones. The HR Manager works half-time to nurture Lunicore's employer brand and to ensure that all employees are happy in the workplace.
Sales Manager (100%)
The Sales Manager's main task is to sell new projects to clients. Daily tasks include contacting clients, preparing for meetings and meeting clients. As a sales manager, you work closely with the business community through various industries and organizations.
CEO & DEPUTY CEO (100%)
The CEO and deputy CEO together have the primary responsibility for realizing the board and owner directives. They do this, among other things, by moving the management team's long-term work forward. Both roles require an understanding of what it means to be a good leader but also how to work with sales at a strategic level.
